What is the purpose of the Attribute Value Accuracy Information element? How does it relate to the Attribute Accuracy element in section 2?

In developing the metadata standards, reviewers asked for the ability to report the accuracy of the values assigned to an attribute with the definition for the attribute. The ability to summarize the accuracy was included as an option. The complete report of the accuracy should be included in the Attribute Accuracy element in section 2.
