Protocol for Public Comments:
The Committee meeting is open to the public. Opportunity for public comment will be provided at the meeting. For those who cannot attend the meeting in person, opportunity to address the committee via teleconference will be provided.
Comments:
Members of the public who would like to make comments to the Committee should register prior to the meeting. Comments will be taken at the designated times on the agenda. Comments may need to be held to 5 minutes, depending on the number of parties who request time to comment. If time does not allow for all comments, then members of the public will be asked to submit their comments in writing to FGDC staff. All comments will be made part of the public record and will be electronically distributed to all Committee members after the meeting.
